Chai grew up watching women like Martha Stewart turn a single idea into a billion-dollar empire. She studied how Barbara Corcoran took $1,000 and built a real estate dynasty. She watched Forbes Riley sell over a billion dollars on live television with nothing but conviction and a camera. Those women did not wait for permission. Neither did Chai.

An immigrant to the United States and a proud military spouse, Chai’s life was forged by migration, service, and figuring things out when no playbook existed. She went from family sacrifice to senior leadership across finance, technology, and social impact before most people finish their second job. That path did not make her cautious. It made her relentless.

She served as Chief Impact Officer of 100 Women in Finance and led national advocacy as Chief External Affairs Officer of Blue Star Families, working directly with the U.S. Department of Defense, Congress, Fortune 500 leaders, and major philanthropies. She led products, business development, technology, and operations for global finance firms. She has been in rooms that most people will never see. She showed up ready every single time.

Today, Chai runs Motherboard, AscendIQ, Shiva Peak Capital, and the Unseen Fortunes platform. She speaks at major events on building, leadership, and what it actually takes to create something that lasts. She is not slowing down. She is scaling up.
